Westworld (HBO, 9 p.m.): Westworld season one ended in pretty spectacular fashion, with a robot revolution resulting in the death of their own creator. Now the shattered landscape of Westworld returns for its sophomore season, which Alex McLevy is pretty positive about, giving it a B+. He says that even though Westworld season two is “darker and more violent,” it “unearths better mysteries” as “the darker machinations of the Delos corporation start to come to light, and it’s just as nefarious as you might expect.” Zack Handlen can’t wait to visit Westworld’s second season, and we’re just excited to see our favorite synthetic humans like Thandie Newton and Evan Rachel Wood again.

Wild card

Drop The Mic (TBS, 10:30 p.m.): Our 16-year-old self really, really wants to see Pretty In Pink’s Andie and Ducky face off against each other, as Molly Ringwald and Jon Cryer visit Drop The Mic. (Shawn Mendes and Odell Beckham Jr. will be there too!)
