Here’s what’s up in the world of TV for Tuesday, March 7. All times are Eastern.
The Americans (FX, 10 p.m.): The Jennings are back for their penultimate season, and this premiere ties up some of the loose ends from last year’s finale. But Paige’s teenage hormones and PTSD are still causing problems for her spy parents, who have a new mission requiring them to pose as a pilot and flight attendant, respectively. The wigs are still wild, the acting still top notch, and now the past’s resemblance to the present is just a little bit unsettling.
Amy Schumer: The Leather Special (Netflix, 3:01 a.m.): Netflix is in the midst of a massive comedy push, and as part of that they’ve landed the latest from Schumer. So titled because she wears leather, the special features the comedian tackling topics ranging from pussy smell to fame.
