Frank Grillo in Kingdom (Photo: Audience Network)

Here’s what’s up in the world of TV for Wednesday, June 28. All times are Eastern.

Top pick

Kingdom (Audience, 8 p.m.): We’re all excited to get to the fireworks factory known as Alvey’s big fight, but there’s some story that needs to happen before that transpires. Going off Lexapro certainly won’t help matters, and even though Dom feels a bit unnecessary, he’s certainly not going to suddenly bow out of his master plan for revenge. All that, plus Lisa gets Nate a fight on short notice this round. Danette Chavez has a ringside seat.

GLOW (Netflix)

Wild card

Okja (Netflix): Yeah, the description about a young girl and her big CGI creature of a best friend may sound a bit treacly, but fear not: This is a Bong Joon-Ho film, which means it’s gonna get dark and weird. (His last film was Snowpiercer, and The Host proved he’s no stranger to dazzling CGI animals.) Come for the insane Tilda Swinton dual performance, stay for the… well, let’s be honest, probably more Swinton.
