Season six of The Walking Dead ended with every major Alexandrian resident kneeling and sobbing before Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan), who was “introducing” Lucille to some poor schmuck’s head. Although that was Glenn’s (Steven Yeun) fate in the comics, TWD has deviated enough for creator Robert Kirkman’s pages to suggest that someone else’s head would be on the chopping block or tee. The first season seven trailer was just shown at TWD panel at Comic-Con, laying the groundwork for this post-Ricktatorship world. There’s Negan, Jesus, a delirious Carol, our first look at the Kingdom, Ezekiel, and a fucking tiger.

The Walking Dead returns for season seven on October 23.
